I have a very bad feeling tonight that I will no longer be able to park my work vehicle here anymore. I hope I am wrong, but commercial vehicle parking discussion is on the agenda tonight.
I fucking hate HOAs! I would have never moved into one if it wasn't for Hotcakes owning a Condo here already.
