We can have this conversation. I am cooled off. There are no rules in the bi-laws against a commercial vehicle.

They are about to create something new just for little old me. We read the bi-laws. There isn't anything about having a commercial vehicle anywhere in them.
Now, there is a place that says car and pickup as vehicles allowed in the parking areas. This is where they are going to get me. It's a van. BUT, I counted. There are 7 vans and 15 SUVs in the parking lots. Those are also now allowed according to this rule.
However, knowing what I know about people. They are going to craft this into some new law that exempts those vehicles. There are 2 other commercial vehicles that park here too. So I guess they are fucked as well.
This is my karma because I have always hated the thought of buying something and having someone tell me how I may or may not use it. Property speaking of course. And I swore I would never ever be a member of an HOA after hearing all the horrible stories about them. There is no way I would have ever signed up to live here. But life found a way to stick me in the middle of one anyway.
It frankly sucks. This is going to be such a headache for me I can't begin to fathom it.
