Ugh!!! My dsl tops out at around 7Mbps and never about 1Mbps upload. I've been begging them for a long time and I thought I was close to getting someone from engineering to give me some kind of an answer as to when they'll expand to my block but all ended up with was the usual, "It's not available to you yet" answer.

I hate them so much. One fucking block away. I see them installing it for other people. I'm like a fat kid watching the rest of class eat cake while I'm stuck dieting on carrots.
