I'd call them everyday until someone came out to my apartment. That's ridiculous.

I wish I knew who I could call to escalate this further. I called my city councilman and he said he's send a letter to Verizon on my behalf but they don't have any power over them. Who does? They're an awful monopoly. I wish I had another option.
