did i tell you that, apparently, our toilet broke and water was leaking into the apartment beneath us while we were away earlier this month?

we came home to find a note saying they had had to enter for emergency reasons, and we had a brand new toilet.
i had complained about it, several times, over a couple years, and they would send someone to 'look at it', and nothing changed.
when this happened i was sort of like 'good. your own fault people.'
sucks for the people beneath us though.
