Well, that's an error card...and I found a site that gives a pretty good idea what the error cards might be.

Apparently, the 1964 set had several errors in it. The assumption is that whatever card # had the error in 1964...the same card number will have a similar error in 2013. The Bryce Harper you mention is a redo of an error on a Bob Clemente (yes, that's what Roberto's card called him) from 1964.
