tech help needed: windows crashing

ok, so i have a laptop with winders xp. it recently updated from msoft.

now when it starts, you get the loading stuff, the OS logo, then a 1/2 flash of BSD, and a restart.

it does this in normal mode, last known good configuration, and safe mode.

any suggestions?

i'd try two things.. pull the HD and boot up with nothing to see if the laptop is ok, then plug in the HD back and scan it before you boot up. -- nm - colin Mar 25, 12:39 4
