What did Cleveland do?

And I think they need to fix the rule that the 10 earned draft picks are safe...the Mets wanted Bourn to sign, but becuase Pittsburgh didn't sign Appel last year, they get the 9th pick this year...and the Mets 10th became #11 instead.

That was cheap.
