i came up with an idea - I researched, created a file on, and pitched it to my old bosses. they liked it but that was about it. a couple years later they had me over to dinner to tell me they had just filmed it as a one hour tv special.

now, a small part of me was like "wait, what??", but the reality is, it was MY JOB to develop ideas and i did so while they were paying me, on their computer, in their office. it's theirs.
