actually no real ptsd - that was a blessing.

I'd driven that same path thousands of times over more than a decade, so I knew it was superduper unlikely it'd happen again on any given day, etc. memories, sure; but just a few moments of more visceral-type flashbacks over all this time (I posted here a few years ago re: the sound and vibration of a fire truck idling outside my house for one).
I actually had typed some stuff about more recent issues; but it's so blah, I spared. since you asked (thanks for that): I still have the very bad ankle that probably will end up being fused, still need knee surgery before anything else - I hope to be able to schedule it this Summer, if we get my Mom settled in somewhere by then. there's miles to go before that, though.
just thinking that it's been a year of extra limitation and pain is hard to wrap my brain around, even though the delays were/are for very good reasons. oy.
hope to have fewer complaints before too too long, 'cause enough's enough!
