I don't know, but I also don't get the point they're trying to make. Because Obama is from Chicago he doesn't want federal gun laws enforced here?

That makes absolutely zero sense. It could very well be that they aren't being zealous enough about it. Seems odd that LaPierre is arguing that gun laws that they don't think should exist are being under enforced. One possibility is that the city (at least until the Supreme Court messed it up) had stricter gun laws than the federal laws. So maybe they were underenforced because they city and state laws were being enforced and it didn't seem like a good use of federal time and effort. I don't know, but I really don't get the implication or conspiracy that's being "revealed" here.
