Still stupid and with the headline is even dumber. I'm all for enforcing the existing laws, but to pick a single point of information and draw

those conclusions is silly. It's like saying the only mass murder in a movie theater occurred during the Dark Knight movies and therefore the Dark Knight movies are the problem. Chicago is hardly the only city with violence issues. It's like the argument that the gun violence rate in the UK has increased at a higher rate than the rate in the US because it went from 20 to 40 (I'm making up numbers, but it's not far off of that) as the argument that gun control doesn't work (an argument the NRA made as well).
