My assistant manager - I just got him promoted to Product Manager for our product.

The current product manager is a raging pain in the ass (mentioned him before as I ran him afoul of the VP).
So life will be better...here for me. Pushing more of MY people into roles I have to interact with.

Now I need to jusify bringing a guy from my CA team to TX - need a few extra reasons
