You spend 4 questions getting at two points, do you go to the movies more and do you spend more. You could do the same in 2 by simply asking Since joining a loyalty program do you go to movies more/less/the same or spend more/less/same at the concessions stand. The problem with your options is that somebody could have increased from 3 to 4 movies per month and it will count as the same in your survey because somebody watching 3 or 4 movies picks the same response. I could spend more on food but if it's in the same range as before you won't notice the difference. In the AMC program, they changed it to get one size larger for the smaller price like pay for a small and get a medium. So I could be spending the same amount but am now getting more food.
