There aren't any. They have at best 1 or 2 intrguing players with no hope in the farm system.

they're an expansion team without having any farm system success. Tampa sucked for years, but they had so many draft picks, some of them didn't suck.
The Astros whiffed on every draft and then each trade of the established stars turned out shitty as well.
If the owner spent big money on free agents at this point, it would be an overpay to entice anyone of note, and then it's only to get to 65 wins instead of 55. I don't blame him for not putting a lot of money on the field given what he inherited.
