You might be biased from a few seasons of bad baserunning by the O's.

The other side of that is that there have been some players that have been so easy to double up that I would have had the guy at first trying to steal almost every time they were at bat. Tejada is one of those players.
This year I would be very aggressive against righties, given the new rule.
