If you get a phone call and it is a robo call saying all of our reps are busy, please wait for the next operator

do you hold for the live voice or slam down the phone?

Reddaway, a freight company we use, is pretty aggressive with their collections (They want the invoices paid in 15 days, I usually wait 30 days), so they will call, but it is a stupid recording asking me to wait...WELL SCREW THEM!!
