It's more than just the always-on. If Sony is still free for multiplayer that will be a big deal for me. I get nothing for the cost of Live.

If they gave me a decent game for free every now and then, threw me some M$ points, free movie or tv show season, something/anything for what they charge would go a long way. I don't know what I'm paying for other than the ability to play games and talk to my friends and that's free of charge on my PC, PS3 and Wii.
If I can't buy used games though, that will be what drives me to the PS4. I get 90% of my games used. Without used games I might as well not even buy a system.
