no he isnt. you are stuck with a narrow view that because the patient, and his partner are gay, this must all have happened because of that.

which isnt the truth.
that hospital isnt in a great part of town, and sometimes that means the policies for when to involve the police are more strict than other places.
it did nothing wrong in calling the cops when the guy refused to leave after being involved in an altercation. that doesnt depend on his orientation, that is just the simple fact.
I will agree that the nurse was horribly wrong in her actions, and that will have ramifications on the hospital. but a pissy staff doesnt give a person the right to act that way. i know its an emotional time, but it is for all the other families and people in the hospital as well.
