Yeah, if we do buy, it has to be a house built no later than 2000, I think.

I also want a one-level (ranch). Our options are going to be kind of limited when we're ready to buy.
I did find one the other day that I liked a lot. Maybe it won't sell for several months (I think it's overpriced right now) but their realtor is the Gil Thorp of Knoxville.
