i've owned 3 houses.

one built in the 40s, one built in the 60s, one built in the 2000s.

if you throw out the sewer line issue from the current house (because the guy did it wrong on every home he built in the neighborhood), and also the houe in the 2000s also had a sewer line issue that i should have fixed, but didnt (similar, but not the same).

i had more problems, more repairs, more costs with the house built in the 2000s than the other 2, combined.
