Let's say you bid $20, but the highest bid at the moment is $7...you'll be winning for $7.00

if I come in and bid $15, I will get a message saying I have been outbid as their system will now bid you up to $16.
I will never see that I was winning that auction.
That's why what you guys are saying isn't happening here.
