How are you the #1 playing in the world of your sport and not know the rules. You can't use that defense in a court of law. And there have been cases

of player DQing themselves even though they are the only ones that knew there was a mistake on the score care. Then again I don't remember Tiger ever showing much honor or integrity in this game. Tiger should have DQed himself, and then find out they penalized a 14 year old for playing to slowly. What a joke.
