and then changes the outcome based on the video? No one does that but golf and I think it's on them to catch it when it happens. They can't rely on the players to police themselves. I know golfers like to think they're the most honest sportsmen on Earth but that doesn't excuse the PGA from doing their jobs. One of those jobs is for the officials to catch rules violations.

The PGA missed the call and now they want to go back and enforce the rule after the fact and that's crap.
