honestly, no. never happened before. sat in the same spot as I have for the last two years. can't explain it. just flipped.

nic attacks often. Just once or twice a year. The only thing I can think of is, it's a crowded class and I had a bad morning. I knocked shit over repeatedly. It just came over me suddenly. Heart pounding, cold sweat, sense of suffocating, floating feeling. Danni took care of me and it was ok. I love her
