Heh. I've been toying with the idea of signing up for a 5K - giving me something to work towards at the gym. I think I might sign up for this.

I've looked at various run/walks but they all seem to start at about 7:00 am...I don't do 7:00 am.

Most - if not all - allow walkers as well. (They do them earlier so it's not so hot.) -- nm
