B2, but I think Cochran's change (spoils)
has a lot to do with the people he is playing with this season, and not just in the "they are a bunch of dopes" way.
Last time he was on a tribe with a bunch of people who told him repeatedly that he was on the bottom, that he was holding their tribe back, that he was a wimp and a loser, etc.
This time, he's playing with a bunch of people that - whatever else they are - basically accept Cochran for who he is, and haven't put him down, or had a reason (like losing challenges) to blame him.
I also agree with Jim that Cochran has learned something from last season. He's still obnoxious, but at least he's self-aware about it. And he's all superior in interview, but he holds that snottiness back when talking with his tribemates.
