a final Tribal Council vote on Cochran.
Coach didn't win because even though he built the alliance, he didn't have the respect of either the people in it or the people who were voted out. They all jumped at the chance to vote for someone else. Same with ELR in his first two seasons.
If Cochran makes it to the end and wins, I think he should deserve some credit for playing a decent enough game. Making it to the end + being liked/respected enough by the people on the jury to win their votes is what Survivor is all about. (Maybe his path to winning is easier because he's playing with a bunch of dopes who were also cast for being bad at Survivor, but I don't think that should negate all of the credit)
And if Cochran makes it to the end and wins zero votes (or, say, loses to Phillip, or a non-entity like Erik or Brenda) he'll be outed as having played a game that wasn't as good as he thought.
