Was very surprised when the laptop I hooked up to it on the other end was speedtest'ing at 40mbps, just a hair below my computer connected directly to the fios router.

Was trying this because the wireless signal from 2 floors up was too weak to handle 1080p video in my new media room/theater. Now I can play 1080p mkv stuff off my home network with no issues and the install took 2 minutes. Having 3 more open ports for other stuff is great too...

Linked the unit, it was $80 last week with a promo code.
