range from $20-50 for issue and then $15-40 per year for renewals. money (I'm not sure what percentage) for them goes to various groups or services.

that's one thing; but the cost of making them personalized is another: an additional $40-98 for issue and $30-78 per year for renewals.

for the highest combos, that's $148 for issue and then $118 a year for renewals.
