I like the original yes. This line wasnt bad in that I think back then God did = rule but so many years

later many people just dont equate them that way.
I could be wrong and most of the time here I am but I think people today see things more of god being godlike not BE THEIR GOD....but its not like they could have got away with recycling that line ... also we dont know the whole speech yet
