you only have to pick one case if you do not take the $ 603k - no way you can knock them both out. so if he had picked the $ 1 - he was an instant millionaire. someone do the odds math on that.
he picked a million dollar case - the offer dropped to $ 423k or $ 416k. I can't remember which.
