I have been emailed with many questions and simply do not have the time to answer them all individually. Please know that Visiting Hours and Services will be held at the Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland, VT. Tom was born on February 2, 1931 and was 77 years young when he passed on. He died of cancer while staying at the Genesis Rehab Center in Rutland. It came on rather quickly and he had a peaceful passing. He is survived by his daughter Deana Fagan and his brother Clarence (aka Boy) Fagan. Those of you who wish to send cards, flowers and or donations should send them care of the Clifford Funeral Home.
