Is it normal or even possible for someone to have a delayed bad reaction to donating blood?

I donated at 9AM - felt fine most of the day. Now my ears are ringing and I'm *extremely* dizzy and sweating.

Blood sugar is fine so it's not that.

Could this be a reaction to the donation?
