Base your choice on more than money.
How many shots do you want? What kind of end-product do you want? Be specific.
Also, check references given what you want! Waiting nine months for an amateur to whom you pay $800 may not be worth the price.

not necessarily, there are far too many examples of the craigslister who goes to a pro seminar but doesn't learn that much except what the pros charge
