they don't need to use anything he says against him in court ask they have video of him planting a bomb, its a public safety issue as more bombs may..

the normal miranda routine is to get you to believe you can explain your actions, or at least make yourself less culpable, IE: I didn't mean to kill my girl friend, it was an accident. I didn't do it, I was just the driver or look out. hey it was his idea.
yo we can't let you explain unless you sign that you are willing to talk.
cause no lawyer would let their client talk to the cops (lawyers am I right?) IE: OJ's first lawyer astonished everyone by letting him talk but hten he was a civil litigator and probably believed his client really just got back from chicago so was obviously innocent and just needed to clear up some details.
this kid is toast and its likely on a death penalty track no matter what he says, though I think they will probably put LWOP on the table for a full confession.
