Isn't this old-ish news? The warning came in 2011 prior to his travel back to Russia.

Russia was purportedly concerned about him traveling their considering his apparent shift in views and asked the FBI to interview him. The FBI did interview (perhaps as many as 2 or 3 times) in 2011 and didn't find anything (reportedly)
