Where did Julia's daughter come from in the end? Well, I know where she came from, but I don't recall her and Jack really having any "alone time" to produce one, except when she was gravely injured.
I suppose she might have been conceived pre-freeze, but I didn't see any hints up to that point that she might be expecting, so the whole thing just struck me as highly random.
