i believe we were lead to believe it happened after the injury while they were at the cabin.
also, she had the baby with no help what so ever at all?
I mean the implication is that the "others" just showed up at the end, and didnt know how to get there i guess, even though their former leader supposedly was at the cabin before.
It was an ok movie, not bad, but predictable and slow at times.
