to start, the first item is like yours...to drink things older than I am. Then to drink things older than successive generations until I'm drinking beer out of the pyramids. For starters I'll just drink a MaCallan 40 which is unfortunately not older than I am at this point but it'll be the start.
Then I want to do location specific drinking. Like, whatever the national or regional beverage is...I want that and I want some of the best of it and I want to drink it in that country or region.
It's also time for a proper full bar and wine cellar.
