But these apartments wouldn't work in those areas. Those areas are crammed with families, not single people.

Harlem, Bed-Stuy, etc., are mostly poor, working families and not single people that need a cheap place to live.
Those micro apartments are for single people that are doing okay. They're definitely not what the people in overcrowded and poor neighborhoods need.
