Minister of Piracy (or "Privateering") perhaps?

Do we need to coordinate better? Suggestions, input from all welcomed. I'll implement the best ideas reached by consensus.

Regarding your ultimatum to Lux...let me discuss with leadership first. It might be something we can work out diplomatically. It's interesting that piracy has increased the overall activity and may now lead to conflicts.
