Fear not. It won't let you send more than one invitation. Those who are grayed out already have an invitation pending and won't receive a 2nd message.

In the case of some of the people I know who are asking me to like to their, I can't re-invite them to like my page as they already have an invitation pending, which may be months - or years - old.
