so we all know about my new BFF, right? she's an undergrad who orchestrated meeting me via other MBAs she knew and is now calling me and messaging me

and IMing and stopping by my house and my office and asking me to go to movies. really sweet girl, but clingy in a kind of creepy and unnatural way. she's now frequenting the same bars I do (save the phyrst, and thank god for that) and eating lunch in the same places I do. again, kind of single white female.
so she hangs out with some other MBAs -- my friends craig and reggie, who you met via dancermail last week, most notably, and some with jenny, who is my best friend here and jenny''s boyfriend joe. she has limited exposure to the rest of my cohort, however.
last night, I stayed home after laundry to play scrabble with my non-school friends (I lost, thanks for asking, but I did play VIXEN) and jamie (my BFF) went out with the MBAs.
jenny told jamie about the rumor that I'd slept with dave (who was out last night) in that "how ridic is this??" way (note: "ridic" is a total jennyism) and jamie quizzed jenny for like half an hour about whether or not she thought it was true.
then jamie proceeded to get stupidly sloppy drunk and she *slept with dave.*
she rang me this morning to tell me, all apologetic. and I was like, what, I don't care?
this is weird and gross to me. super weird and super gross.
