I hate this all-inclusive, everyone gets a trophy bullshit that some parents feel is SO important.
The world ain't like that. You have to make choices in life. In this case, the choice is: let the kid take the class and maybe get exposed to something you don't agree with OR don't let the kid take that class and they TAKE. SOMETHING. ELSE.
It doesn't sound, to me, like that class is a class on the Hindu religion that happens to have some yoga in it. It sounds like a yoga class, that happens to have the origin of the exercise in it.
It's mountains and molehills, IMO.
One thing to note here: my comments are not directed to or at you, but rather to/at the parents who would be filing a lawsuit over it.
