True, and thankfully even with the boxes that did get wet (most) of the contents didn't get wet.

Luckily I discovered it in time, and it probably didn't start until I'd turned on the shower, but it's still a mess. And now we have to deal with the landlord, again. We've had very few problems, but in the past week we've had to arrange for a pressure washing of the house (we received an HOA notice of violation) and a repair to one of the sliding glass doors.
