I don't think it's just cost . The lack of role models is an issue. The lack of outreach is an issue. Where is the NHL when it comes to setting things

up for minorities to get into the game.
Other sports have programs set up to get young minorities into their games. Does the NHL do the same thing?
I'm sure there's more but I'm not an expert on the issue.
