Okay, ignoring that last aspect because it muddies the waters, I still don't know what you do in this case.

The boys are being assumed guilty, but enough professionals with no apparent reason to be prejudicial have said that there's no evidence it wasn't consensual.
How do you give the boys a fair standing without making the girl into less of a victim?
