i can agree that what they did was immoral.

you don't have a bunch of guys take turns having sex with a 15 year old girl, who is crazy drunk at a party, and take pictures and say 'hey, she didn't say No!'.
while it may not be technically illegal (hence the gray area), there isn't any doubt the event happened that i have heard.
