I am not justifying them in the least. That's my point. This case sickens me because I don't think it's right the girl got it so bad after that...

...She killed herself. I can blame them for sleeping with a drunk girl, but I can't blame them for rape. But if we acknowledge we can't blame them for rape, aren't we effectively acknowledging that the victim was also culpable?

This is like a Schrodinger rape. The girl was raped, but it's very likely the boys didn't rape the girl if the leaked evidence is accurate.

That's my problem with this case. The fact I have a daughter enhances how much this one bothers me.
